We believe in using only the utmost in quality of swim fabrics to ensure the very best fit, feel, longevity and that they flatter your figure. To keep your swimwear in the best condition for as long as possible, especially if wearing Lilliput & Felix swimwear regularly (highly recommended), we recommend hand washing your swimwear in cool water with some mild soap immediately after each use, making sure to rinse out any chlorine, sea water or sand, and then leaving it to air-dry flat in the shade until morning. Be careful not to leave the garments in direct sunlight as this can cause some colours to fade.
However, we also believe in simplicity. We know that when you come back from holiday you just want to throw everything into the machine and be done with it. For this reason, all our fabrics are made in the best mills in Italy and France to provide the best support, performance and longevity but are also machine washable up to 40 degrees Celsius.
Sun, tanning/bronzing lotions, tinted moisturizers, oils, harsh chemicals and minerals, salt water, chlorine, and extreme heat naturally put wear on any swimsuit; this is not a manufacturing defect. To prevent wear as much as possible, be careful to follow the care instructions above and always rinse your garment after contact with any of these substances.
PERFECT FIT & SIZING
We know that feeling confident in your swimwear is a must! So, for us, fit comes first and is crucial to providing the most flattering silhouettes. We are all individual and unique and so our clothes should be too.
Each Lilliput & Felix design is created with a different figure in mind and so is usually adjustable to ensure the best fit and shape possible. However, to try and make sure you buy the right size first time use the size guide below:
You do not need to be a registered with Lilliput & Felix to place an order; you can check out as our guest. Our payments are processed via a secure checkout system provided by Shopify and you can pay using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When an order is placed you will receive an email confirming the order. If you have registered for an account you can login on our website and view current and past orders at any time. If you have any problems please email our customer care team on firstname.lastname@example.org

UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Your account information can be updated by logging into your account at the top right hand corner of our website. You can change your contact, billing and delivery details as well as subscribe and unsubscribe from any newsletters and mailings here.
We can delivery to anywhere in the UK and we charge a flat rate of £6.95 to deliver orders to anywhere on the UK mainland and £12.95 to deliver to EIRE. If you place your order by 11.30am we will courier your Lilliput & Felix so it arrives with you the very next day. Orders received later than that will arrive with you the following working day (if not before!)
Our garments are jet-setters and we are happy to express deliver them all over the world. For exact rates please just enter your address at checkout. We will require a signature upon delivery of all international orders to make sure they arrive safely in the right hands. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card and it will be up to you to re-arrange a new date for delivery. Please be aware that our postage fee does not cover any handling or customs charges. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
If you have pre-ordered a Lilliput & Felix garment, you will be advised of a likely delivery date upon purchase and your order will be shipped once it is ready and packaged up for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Lilliput & Felix is passionate about the excellent fit and quality we strive towards and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied we are more than pleased to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the shipping date. However, products must be returned in a new and unworn, untarnished condition in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene strips still intact. We are unable to refund discounted or sale items but they can be exchanged for another item of the same price or credited to your account.

- Products must be returned in a new and unworn, untarnished condition in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene strips still intact.
- Only full priced items can be refunded. Unless stated otherwise, discounted or sale items can only be exchanged for items of the same sale value or credited to your account.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and we recommend that you use a traceable carrier or courier for returns and exchanges. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
- Exchanged items are sent back to you free of charge. Please note the items that you would like us to send back to you including colour and size, if you require the items to be sent back to an alternative address please state this clearly on the returns slip. Please note that if we are sending an item outside of the UK, our postage will not cover Customs Charges- you will need to pay this on arrival.
- Once we have received your returned or exchanged garment in our studio, please allow up to 14 days for our team to process your request. It is unlikely, but in some circumstances, refunds may take up to 28 days to arrive in your bank account.

We are happy to exchange products that are faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the shipment date, provided you let us know of the error within that timeframe.
